Fifty Shades of Grey to Feature Alternate Ending for DVD Release, Actor Emilia Clarke Talks about Turning Down Role in Film

“Fifty Shades of Grey” is coming out on DVD on May 1, and according to an announcement over at the official YouTube channel for the film, it’s going to get an all-new alternate ending specially made for this release. This was revealed with a special one-minute video released through the official channel, in which Dakota Johnson and E. L. James are discussing some aspects of the film.

When the clip is over, viewers are presented with the message “Curious for more?”, giving fans a clue about what they can expect. We don’t know what the new alternate ending is going to be exactly as of yet, but there have been reports claiming that the plot for it has been leaked. The main difference will reportedly be in the last scene of the film, the one where Anastasia Steele leaves Christian Grey. We have no idea what the changes will be exactly, but some fans have speculated that the alternate ending could be a clue about the plot of the next installment in the series.

In addition, there are rumors that the differences are going to be minimal, and we’re just going to see Anastasia saying “Red” instead of “Stop” as she did in the original scene. “Red” is the key word they used in their “experiments”, which could give an entirely different context to this scene, but of course this is just speculation right now. We don’t know if this is actually the change in the scene, or if it’s the only difference.

This speculation started after the somewhat recent announcement that “Fifty Shades of Grey” is going to be continued, with the original cast still on board despite rumors that there were some family conflicts caused by the production. These rumors were later confirmed to be false, and all actors are reportedly perfectly comfortable with their roles, as are their life partners.

Fifty Shades of Grey

Meanwhile, Emilia Clarke has talked about how her career has been affected by the decision to turn down a role in “Fifty Shades of Grey”. Many of her fans were expecting her to actually take up the offer, but she refused in the end – and she claims that she has no regrets over her decision. She has been handling her career pretty well after that, according to reports, and doesn’t feel like she’s missed out on much due to her refusal to act in the film. Of course, “Fifty Shades of Grey” may have been a successful production, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that would be her only shot at building a solid career. Quite on the contrary, she does indeed seem to be handling that quite well on her own so far.
