Filming resumed in Paris and Vancouver from February to July last year. In November, the film was given an ‘R’ rating by the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA).
The MPAA said the rating was for its strong erotic sexual content, some graphic nudity, and language.
Producers of the film were happy that they were able to dodge an NC-17 rating, much like the first film.
Meanwhile, Jamie Dornan recently opened up about rumors linking him and co-star Dakota Johnson. The 34-year-old actor denied ever having sparked a romance with Johnson outside of work.
Enstarz reports that he is happy with his relationship with his wife Amelia Warner and their two children. The “Once Upon A Time” star also adds that he and Dakota are good friends.
During the production of the two sequels, rumors were rife that Dakota and Jamie grew so close that they were already having a secret relationship.
Rumors were also rife that Amelia was furious with this which is why she was sometimes spotted on the set keeping an eye on her husband.
Dornan clarified that the reason his family was on the set was because he couldn’t spend time with them because of his hectic schedule so to make amends, he brings them on the set.
The family was spotted enjoying a day out at a beach in Vancouver during filming break of the movie last year.
