The Motion Pictures Association of America (MPAA) has given the erotic romance movie “Fifty Shades Darker” an R rating from its erotic sexual content, some graphic nudity, and language, reports News Everyday.
It was evident from the first trailer of the movie, due to hit theaters on February 10, 2017, that “Fifty Shades Darker” shall have steamy sex scenes between lead actors Jamie Dornan, who plays Christian Grey, and Dakota Johnson, who plays Anastasia Steele.
“Fifty Shades Darker” is the second movie of the erotic romance trilogy based on the erotic novel by E.L. James. The third movie entitled “Fifty Shades Freed,” has been filmed back-to-back with the second movie and is now complete as well.
Thus, it seems strange that the rumors about Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan getting ever closer during the reported filming of the third movie seem out of whack and not true at all.
Jamie Dornan has made it clear previously that he and Dakota have done what they had to do in the movie because they are professional actors and there is no romantic relationship that came out of their pairing in three movies together.
Dornan also stated that he loves his wife Amelia Warner a whole lot and their two daughters and there is nobody who can separate them from one another.
An ongoing feud in the set?
There are also reports saying that Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson are feuding in the set of the third movie that filming has been affected, notes Headlines & Global News.
This rumor is not true because “Fifty Shades Freed” has already completed filming along with “Fifty Shades Darker.”
With a little over two months before the second movie hits theaters in February next year, it would be absurd for a film to be still doing filming at this time because it would obviously be very late already.
The feuding rumors also come following speculations that both stars are getting intimate and have developed romantic feelings for each other.
In a recent interview, Jamie Dornan said that he and Dakota work well together. They only have the utmost respect for one another so the rumors about them having a secret relationship are far from the truth.
Jamie Dornan is a family man and he made sure that the rumor-mongers know that when he recently stated that his love for his wife Amelia Warner never changes from the day that they have become a couple.
The Irish actor made the statement recently in light of rumors that he and his leading lady in the erotic romance film “Fifty Shades Darker,” Dakota Johnson, are having a secret affair. Jamie and Amelia were married in 2012 and they now have a 19-month old daughter named Dulcie.
A rehashed old rumor
Meanwhile, there have been rumors a few weeks ago saying that Ian Somerhalder, who plays Damon Salvatore in the American supernatural drama TV series “The Vampire Diaries” on The CW, is being considered by the producers of “Fifty Shades Darker” for the role of Jack Hyde, the boss of Anastasia Steele.
The same report event went on to say that the producers are choosing between Ian Somerhalder and Theo James for the role who shall drive some sort of wedge between Ana and Christian Grey.
Surprisingly, even British actor Henry Cavill, the actor who plays Superman in the DC Extended Universe, was said to be being considered for the role of Jack Hyde.
Looking closely into the sources of the report, it seems that the outlet has used a report from a defunct news outlet that published the report way back in September 2015.
