Once the demo is out, we’ll find out for sure if the wait has been worth it, and if players should keep an eye out for the full release. We have no doubts that this game will be a major title for quite some time though, and it will be talked about a lot.
We’re mostly curious to see how the new campaign mode will play out, as it’s been the main focus of attention for some gamers for quite some time now, and it’s easy to see why.
This kind of change has been requested by fans of the franchise for a long time, and it’s good to see that EA are listening. The only thing left now is to find out how exactly they’ve implemented the feature, and if it will live up to gamers’ expectations.
It’s always possible that EA could fix some minor flaws with a few patches though, so fans shouldn’t worry too much about the gameplay quality of the campaign mode. At the same time, they should of course be diligent in sharing information about any problems they encounter, as that’s part of the point of this demo in the first place.
If enough bug reports make their way to EA before the final release, we expect that the game will arrive in a polished, enjoyable state, and its name won’t be tarnished from incidents like bugs, crashes, and performance issues. After all, it doesn’t realistically take much to ruin the enjoyment factor of a game like this.
