When she appeared in “Fast & Furious 7” when it came out in April 2015, Rousey was still an undefeated woman fighter in the UFC. She got her first defeat, and a knockout at that, in the hands of Holly Holm during the UFC 193 held in December last year.
There are also the rumors about model Cara Delevingne joining the eighth installment of “Fast & Furious” film franchise. The model has been rumored to be part of the cast of “Fast & Furious 7” and that proved to be false.
While nobody is discounting the possibility of taking in Cara Delevingne, who was last seen in the movie “Suicide Squad” as The Enchantress, it seems unlikely to be the case since the movie is through with its filming already.
These rumors are parallel in the latest speculations with the upcoming “Fifty Shades Darker” movie that Ian Somerhalder is being considered to replace Jamie Dornan for the lead role of Christian Grey. Those are clearly absurd rumors since filming for “Fifty Shades Darker” and the third movie of the erotic romance trilogy, “Fifty Shades Freed” has already completed months ago.
It seems like these rumors are only meant to propagate the hype about the upcoming films, which in the case of “Fast & Furious 8” is considered unnecessary by critics since the movie is expected to take after its predecessor and go on to become a major blockbuster as well.
