Fallout 4 Second DLC Wasteland Workshop Coming April 12 with Lots of Improvements to Settlement Building and… Pet Cats? Let’s See

Players apparently already have various ideas for what they are going to do with the “GECK”, but we’ll have to wait for the actual release to see what the tools will be capable of.

Hopefully they will once again provide some access to the game’s scripting, as players have various creative ideas for fixing minor issues and details in the game to improve the overall quality of the experience.

Bethesda most definitely realize the importance of getting the modding tools out as soon as possible, so we expect to see an announcement about that shortly. There are claims that we might get the kit before “Far Harbor” is even out, and that would be a great way to get players warmed up before they get a little extra content to play around with.

“Fallout 4” started off a bit roughly, as players found the change in the game’s style to be a bit disappointing compared to previous releases in the franchise, but Bethesda have been hard at work polishing the experience and implementing various bits of player feedback. We’ve already seen most of the critical bugs squashed, and even though players still have some complaints about the way the gameplay works, updates and DLCs have been doing a great job sorting these things out. We have no doubt that the release of the next two DLC packs as well as the “GECK” are going to have a huge impact on the overall quality of the game.
