As for Stone, she’s busy promoting her upcoming film “La La Land.” The movie, scheduled to be released this December, will mark Stone and Ryan’s Gosling’ third film together.
The two have worked together in 2011 for “Crazy Stupid Love” and again in 2013 for the crime-thriller “Gangster Squad.”
“La La Land” tells the story of aspiring actress Mia, played by Stone, who serves coffee to movie stars in between auditions, and jazz musician Sebastian, played by Gosling, who plays in bars in order to get by.
The two meet and madly fell in love, but as success mounts for both of them, the dreams they worked so hard to maintain threaten to rip them apart.
The trailer for the film was released earlier this week and it shows Stone’s character singing a sad love song to Gosling’s character while a montage of the couple’s happy moments flashes by.
Just like her ex-beau, Stone also has a lot of projects slated next year such as “Battle of the Sexes” and lending her voice to the animated film “The Croods 2.”
The “Magic in the Moonlight” actress is also in talks to play 101 Dalmatians’ villain in an upcoming live-action origin story from Disney titled “Cruella.”
