Elder Scrolls 6 Will Take a While, What Are the most Likely Possibilities for Its Gameplay and Story? Let’s See

More specifically, players don’t agree with the idea that Bethesda could release an unpolished game and ask their players to fix it for them, and then end up collecting money for that work. The main argument against this is that it would “motivate” Bethesda to put even less polish on their games as they will know that they have the support of their community with an added source of income on top of that.

Hopefully the whole idea with paid mods is going to be revised and won’t affect “Fallout 4” in any way, because it would be sad to see this potentially huge title get undermined by issues like this. And Bethesda should make no mistake about the situation – it will definitely be an issue.

But this is just speculation of course, and we have no idea if the studio really is planning to rely on paid mods for the polishing of the game or not.

For all we know, this could be the most detailed, technically sound title by the studio to date, and it would certainly be amazing to see them finally release something that works correctly out of the box instead of having to wait a few weeks until players have released the appropriate patches to fix the game’s problems and bring it up to a more playable state.
