2016 could turn out to be a very interesting year for fans of Bethesda in general if those rumors turn out to be true. On one hand, those who enjoy “Fallout” will apparently get a lot of interesting content for their game, while on the other, fans of “The Elder Scrolls” might soon have something spectacular to play.
Are we going to see any features from “Fallout 4” make their way into “The Elder Scrolls 6”? That’s too early to predict, but fans have been speculating on this possibility quite actively, with some interesting ideas going around.
For example, some want to see the settlement building aspect of “Fallout 4” implemented in the next “Elder Scrolls” game as well, but others claim that the feature should be refined a lot first before it’s used in another game. There is also the issue that some of its aspects would not carry over to the setting of “The Elder Scrolls” that well.
It was definitely a controversial addition to “Fallout 4” when it came out, but it’s currently at least a bit better after it received some polish by the studio in several post-launch updates. Right now, people are more or less happy with the way settlement building works, but if the feature is brought into “The Elder Scrolls 6”, some of its aspects should definitely be revised, and it could also use some new features to make the process more streamlined.
