The exciting events of episode 23 followed the edge-of-seat actions during episode 22 where Goten, Trunks, and Captain Ginyu made their appearances.
Piccolo’s arm was ripped off by Tagoma but the Z-fighter was able to regenerate it back. Super Saiyan Gotenks was able to knock out Frieza’s henchman, who exchanged bodies with Captain Ginyu.
It was only Gohan who was able to defeat Tagoma in Captain Ginyu body using his Super Saiyan firm that ended with a fatal blast that Piccolo takes.
“Dragon Ball Super” is the first “Dragon Ball” TV series featuring a new storyline after 18 long years and is set after the defeat of Majin Boo, when the earth has become peaceful once again.
Apparently, because of the animation’s massive reception among its fans even outside of Japan, the series has been extended.
Producers Toei Animation has yet to make an announcement as to how many more episodes will “Dragon Ball Super” have after its 20th episode.
During episode 20 of “Dragon Ball Super” that aired on November 22, it showed how Gohan and Vegeta were practicing with Whis in preparation for the return of Frieza.
It also featured the playful Goten and Trunks who were thinking how Jaco works, because the intergalactic patrol guy looks like a toy.
