While being interviewed on the event’s red carpet, she said that she was so excited that she was having a hard time stringing sentences together because she was blown away with the nomination. She also said that she was grateful for it because she thought she was in “Doctor Who” just pissing around so he can’t believe that she got the nod from the critics for playing Missy.
When she was asked what kind of evil fun would she be bringing in Series 10 of “Doctor Who” when she already has a companion in Bill if she has been given the green light to do so, Gomez said that she is just a meat puppet in the show.
She explained that she is not the one with the ideas. Michelle said that it is executive producer Steven Moffat who is the genius of “Doctor Who” so she really has no idea where her character is headed on the upcoming season of the popular TV series. But if it would be up to her, Missy would just give Bill a big head, drawing laughter from the press.
As it is, Missy is not yet sure of returning to Series 10 of “Doctor Who” but the actress is hoping to have another adventure in space and time with the popular TV series.
She added that she cannot speak for the “Doctor Who” powers that be because they keep their cards close to their chest.
