The findings were also brought together that showed that meditation can keep the genes that are blamed for the inflammation from coming to those with IBS or IBD. Relieving stress is a big part of keeping ulcers from forming as well, so there might be something to yoga as a solution. Yoga keeps your mind clear, helps you control your breathing and is a great way to relieve any stress that you might have been dealing with. Meditation has also been known to keep a person’s genes from causing issues like the inflammation that makes digestive pain a very real thing.
