Blizzard Entertainment has some of the most popular video games on the market these days and when it comes to having games in the top ten list of games in terms of sale, the company has many. Diablo 3 is one of those games and even though it is sitting at the number ten spot on the list, it has sold thirty million copies in just a few short years. That puts the game right behind Mario Cart Wii, New Super Mario Bros. on the Nintendo DS and Super Smash Bros.
Blizzard has been supporting Diablo 3 since it has been reborn in 2012 for the PC, Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360 and the Xbox One. When the game was first talked about in terms of coming back to the gaming world, it was mentioned that there would be a real world auction house. That meant that you could essentially sell your in-game items for real money. That feature got so much attention that there was no doubt there would be a long line waiting for pre-orders.
Shortly after the game was released back in 2012, the auction house was closed down and even though that upset some players who thought they were going to make a living with the game, many did not leave. In fact, Blizzard has done a great job with the game since then and even released one major expansion at this point and even got the game ready for the Xbox One and PS4 consoles.
Many action role-playing games are for the Windows based PC, so getting one of the most popular set up on a console is a very good thing and quite the accomplishment. Gamers from all over the world can play the game and on all of the major platforms. Smaller improvements have been made along the way as well, which happens to be the new “normal” for video games these days. Downloadable content packs, bug fixes and other gameplay enhancements are easily added and keep gamers coming back for more. Parts of the game have been improved over the years and many fans wonder if that is the way it should be with games like this.
A gamer would assume that once a map or feature in the game would be set and played, that it would not change after that. With Diablo 3 that is not the case as the developers get into the game to enhance older areas of the maps. This game is not the only one to do things like this. Gamers that play Lord of the Rings Online, Dungeons & Dragons Online or World of Warcraft know that older areas of the game get shortened and become easier to play after a few years.

I love WOW, I hit the level 100 in just 2 days with Duggi Warfounder addons.
