Some fans of the show seem to be getting a bit displeased with the general pace of its developments, judging by their recent discussions. While it’s normal for soap operas to be slower and more monotonous, modern television viewers also tend to have somewhat different preferences in this regard.
The recent episodes of the show have been particularly slow and have taken this trend to an extreme, so hopefully the producers are paying attention to their fans’ discussions and aren’t going to let the production follow the same pace in the future.
This could be just a temporary development too. In fact, it could make sense given all the things happening around Chloe and Deimos, and the writers may be preparing a major avalanche of plot twists up ahead.
Whatever happens in the future, one thing is clear though – “Days of Our Lives” has proven that this kind of TV show still has a strong potential, and there is a lot of interest in stories like the ones we’re seeing in it.
With some extra polishing touches, the producers of the show could easily keep it running for a lot longer without any issues, and we fully expect to see it on air for years to come. Its fan community is active enough to make that possible, in the least, so support shouldn’t be an issue.
