Next up in the fusion round was Calvin Johnson and his partner Lindsay Arnold. The two have a lot of fun during their performance, and the same was seen during the final round as well.

Calvin gets to dance to the Jive and Quickstep, and they are perfect for him. He does the jive as the Megatron for the last time and judges are ecstatic after the performance. Carrie Ann goes to tell him that the way he dances, makes the world a better place.

Laurie Hernandez and Val Chmerkovskiy are up next, and they bring the tears out. The two dance with grace and power and they are brilliant in their Argentine tango and Foxtrot. The lifts and turns are perfect. Carrie Ann goes on to tell Laurie that it was her best performance in Dancing with the Stars Season 23.

The judges are awed by the performances from the three finalists since they have all managed to get the perfect score. Calvin Johnson ends up as the second runners up with James Hinchcliffe as the first runners up, and Laurie Hernandez lifts the Mirror Ball trophy to become the winner of Dancing with the Stars Season 23.
