When it comes to the talent based shows that have become so hot on television right now, fans from all over the world tune in each of the respective nights to cheer on their favorite singer, dancer or even celebrity. Dancing with The Stars has been a huge hit of course and basically takes celebrities and pairs them with a professional dancer to see if they can cut up the rug in front of the cameras while blowing away the competition.
The show was first aired back in 2005, if you can believe that, and have been on for more than 350 episodes. With the newest season coming up soon, fans are taking to the internet to see if they can find any and all information in regards to what celebrities they are going to see on the dance floor this time around. There is a lot of information regarding the celebrities, how they are lured into the show and the fact that some of them are pretty good dancers.
Over the years, there has been a wide variety of celebrities, athletes, singers and other icons on the show. Some of them do very well and have even won the show, while others have not done so well and even withdrew from the show before being eliminated. As the show went on, the rarity of the stars has been in the spot light with the rating growing more depending on how high profile the star was.
That makes sense and with that being said, Dancing with The Stars Season 21 is promising to have “big risks”. That can only mean a better show for those that are hooked on it. The new season is just a few weeks away, but the buzz is already getting quite loud. There was so much action in the 20th season, it might be hard to top, be at least one executive says that they will be trying hard to do so. Last season the show celebrated its tenth season and this year they will be “taking risks”.
There were a couple of new ideas brought onto the show last season, like “Judges Choice” and based on that success, the producers are looking for anything they can do to keep the ball rolling. New themes, different types of challenges and competitions are on the way, according to executive producer, Deena Katz. It looks like the popular “Fan Favorite Night” could return this season as well as “Switch Up”, coming back. Switch Up is when the celebrity dancers switch partners for just one night and that has brought in some good ratings with entertaining routines. Last season it was skipped due to the tenth anniversary episode.
