To her credit, Miller has actually shown a strong dedication to her work on “Dance Moms” in the recent months, despite facing such severe issues on the legal front. Many expected her to crumble under the stress and focus entirely on the court case against her, but that didn’t happen.
Of course, Miller did try to draw some extra attention on herself here and there, and she has been trying to use that court case as leverage for her publicity, but that’s a part of her personality that many of her fans are used to at this point, so nobody was really surprised.
Recently she has gone a bit quieter and isn’t so open about what’s going on with her legal case though, which has been a source of worries for some of her fans. Given her traditionally more open nature, this could be a sign that things are not going well at the moment.

We’re curious to see if the approach of Miller’s official court date is going to draw some extra attention towards “Dance Moms”, and it would be entirely unsurprising if we saw a resurgence of discussions about the show then.
