‘Dance Moms’ Season 7 to See Two Newbies Taking the Spotlight During the Dream Dance Challenge in Panorama City

The seventh season of the American dance competition reality TV series “Dance Moms” on Lifetime is now through filming with its sixth episode and it reportedly highlighted the talents of the two new additions to the popular show.

“Dance Moms” Season 7 is set to air on Lifetime early next year but this early, reports are going around that the two new additions to the Abby Lee Dance Company in the persons of Camryn Bridges and Maesi Caes showed their worth as dancers during the Dream Dance Competition held in Panorama City, California recently.

Camryn Bridges performed the contemporary jazz routine “Endangered Species” and she finished second place in the teen division.

On the other hand, Maesi Caes also performed “It’s Britney, Baby” jazz routine but it did not make the final cut.

A winning performance

However, Maesi contributed to her group which won first place in the pre-teen division and overall because of their contemporary piece called “Clowning Around,” reports Counsel & Heal.

The ALDC team was composed of Caes, Kalani Hilliker, Bridges, Kendall Vertes, Brynn Rumfallo, Nia Frasier Sioux, and the two mini members, Elliana Walmsley and Liliana Ketchman. Except for Kendall Vertes who was wearing a floral dress, all the members of the team were dressed as spooky clowns for their winning performance.

The clown number was inspired by the clown phenomenon that swept across the United States and even Europe. It has been reported that people wearing spooky clown outfits scare other people by chasing, attacking, or luring them into the woods.

While viewers will have to wait until next season to see the horror piece from the “Dance Moms” dancers, dance leader Abby Lee Miller shared a candid snap of Lilliana Ketchman sporting her spooky face makeup on Instagram. She captioned it by saying that she thinks her cute little mini has been clowning around with those older girls, which was obviously a jest.

Brynn Rumfallo also shared on Instagram a shot of herself and her teammates in full costume and captioned it by saying that she and her friends in clown costumes, reports the International Business Times.

Abby also teased the solos who competed at the event. After Nia Frasier Sioux performed, Abby talked about her longtime student by saying that their friendship started when Nia was only three years old. She ended by saying that she is very proud of Nia on that day.

Getting some things her way

Dance leader Abby Lee Miller appears to have her way with the producers of the dance competition reality TV series “Dance Moms.”

Just last month, Abby Lee Miller went ballistics on the producers of the show after they have let go the Mini Team. She insists that the Mini Team has been an integral feature of the show since the second season, aside from the fact that the team is also a viable source for the next new young dancers for “Dance Moms.”

Apparently, the producers have already made up their minds so there was no turning back on its decision to let go of the Mini Team and its members.

However, it seems that Abby still has some semblance of clout in the show which is why when filming for Season 7 of “Dance Moms” began last week, it was highly noted that two members of the Mini Team came back to do the filming.

Elliana Walmsley and Liliana Ketchman, former members of the Mini Team in “Dance Moms,” were shown competing as part of ALDC at the Dream National Dance Competition in Placenta, California on October 1.

Nine-year-old Elliana then proudly showed photos of her and eight-year-old Lilliana on her Instagram account and also another one with her teammates sporting ALDC jackets en route to the competition.

The following day, Elliana shared another shot of her and Lilliana wearing matching costumes and thanking Abby for having faith in them in the caption. She said that it has been a long time coming and expressed so much love for everything that is happening to her. She also said that she is going to do a duet with her best friend.
