Dance leader Abby Lee Miller is moving past the debacle that has gripped the Season 6 of the American reality dance competition TV series “Dance Moms” on the Lifetime channel.
Aside from her personal struggles in facing a fraud case for declaring herself bankrupt even though she is not, Abby Lee had some major squabbles with the dance moms last season that eventually resulted in the departure of Maddie Ziegler and her sister Mackenzie and their mother Melissa Gisoni during the Season 6 finale.
There have been previous speculations that “Dance Moms” was already canceled by Lifetime and that Season 7 of the TV series would be picked up by TLC.
As if to assuage fans that Season 7 of “Dance Moms” is a go on Lifetime despite previous rumors that it is already canceled, Abby Lee Miller let her post on Instagram do the talking.
She recently posted a photo of a fortune cookie message on her photo-sharing social media app which read: ‘Look ahead in the next month for a new beginning.’ Abby then ended it with hashtags #dancemoms and #season7, details the Parent Herald.
It could be a hint that Season 7 of “Dance Moms” could premiere on Lifetime next month although the network has yet to make an official statement regarding the air date of the popular reality dance TV series.
Dance team is still intact
Abby also posted a photo of her students’ recent trip to Planet Hollywood to see Cirque de Soleil’s Michael Jackson One, indicating that her dance steam is still very much intact.
She also announced on her Instagram account that auditions for “Dance Moms” Season 7 shall be held in New York and will be hosted by a world-class dance instructor.
In addition, there are also reports saying that Mackenzie Ziegler will be returning to “Dance Moms” Season 7 after Abby also posted a photo on Instagram showing Mackenzie with Kendall Vertes and the rest of the Junior Elite members.
The photo showed the young dancers on stage following the event. Each one of them held a trophy for winning that night, with the exception of Kendall Vertes.
Miller captioned the image by saying that her team hit the jackpot and she called it as a Royal Flush. She added that her queens, referring to her dance team, were dealt with the top five places in overall high scores, notes Yibada.
Not coming back
It is now clear as daylight that Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler are no longer part of “Dance Moms.”
That is why it came as a surprise to many fans that Mackenzie was spotted in one of the photos shared by Abbie on the photo-sharing social media app.
Reports have it that Mackenzie will not be returning but shall only be appearing for one episode of “Dance Moms” Season 7 as a special guest.
The young Mackenzie will not be returning to “Dance Moms” alright but her recent competition at the Sheer Talent Nationals 2016 will be featured in an episode of the show.
Contrary to previous reports in May saying that Chloe Lukasiak, the star dancer of “Dance Moms” until its fourth season, shall be returning to the TV series, the teenage dancer would not and simply cannot do so.
Apparently, the lovely young dancer is busy as a bee with other commitments including a new web series with OwnZones.com as well as a new movie called “Cowgirl’s Story.”
Lukasiak actually confirmed that she will no longer be returning to “Dance Moms” when she shared her excitement on her Instagram account about her new project. She captioned it by saying that she is beyond excited about the great project that is “Cowgirl’s Story,” and that she is having so much fun on the set of the film.
