Abby also said that Maddie and everyone in “Dance Moms” would not have a life they have right now if not for her, which the other dance moms also agree on. She went on to say that the public does not really understand the difference between the show and real life. Abby also told Melissa that she has been loyal to her but that was not reciprocated by Melissa.
Maddie and Mackenzie started with “Dance Moms” at ages six and eight, respectively.
Melissa made her apology to Abby by simply paying tribute to the dance leader. She said that it has been such an amazing journey for her and her two daughters and all the other cast members of “Dance Moms.”
Jill says she is happy that Melissa has no regrets for her and her daughters’ stint in “Dance Moms” and is also thankful for all the time they had together. She just does not like that it has to end sooner.
Towards the end, Abby told Melissa to remember everything she told her and pick up all the lessons because those will surely come into play as they all move forward to new beginnings.
The ladies of “Dance Moms” all get a glass of champagne and toast as Abby and Melissa hug to officially bury the hatchet.
