Dakota Johnson, the female lead in the upcoming movie “Fifty Shades of Grey” showing on February 13 says that her favorite sex scene in the erotic film, based on the novel of the same title by E.L. James, is when Anastasia Steele loses her virginity to Christian Grey.
Dakota is playing the role of Anastasia while Jamie Dornan has taken the role of Christian Grey.
The 25-year-old daughter of Melanie Griffith by Miami Vice actor Don Johnson disclosed that the sex scene where Anastasia loses her virginity was her favorite. The scene featured a titillating ice cube from the champagne down to the chest scene and Dakota was quite happy with the way the scene turned out.
She says that she found the scene pretty special and she also says it was beautiful the way it was shot by Seamus McGarvey, cinematographer, and Director Sam Taylor-Johnson, reports Yahoo! Celebrity.
Dakota also lauded the colors used in filming the scene and it was so fitting because losing virginity is one of the most profound moments in a young girl’s life.
Physical preparations
The young actress also said that she also made physical preparations for the film. She and Jamie Dornan had a lot of sex scenes together so they have to really have those finely tuned bodies in front of the camera.
Dakota also said that she also needs to be very athletic to shoot those scenes considering that it also involves BDSM and unusual erotic fantasies.
The actress said that she needed to keep in shape all the time to make sure that she fits the role of Anastasia Steele in the movie. Dakota says that with all those athletic scenes in the movie, she needed to have endurance.
She added that she wanted Ana to have that body and look very much like a fairly active college student.
Dakota said that her favorite cardio workout is running. She also revealed that she and Jamie worked out with a trainer to get in shape but most importantly, to maintain the same level of physical energy as well as eating healthy.
The storyline and the trailer
“Fifty Shades of Grey” is the story of Christian Grey, a multi-millionaire businessman who started a controlling love affair with Anastasia Steele, who is several years his junior.
Christian Grey gives her everything she wants including travel all over and bash in luxurious clothes and jewelleries, among other material stuff. In return Anastasia is bound, both literally and figuratively, by his sexual desires and activities that are even close to being unimaginable.
The steamy first trailer of the movie unveiled last December and the latest one released during Super Bowl 2015 showed how daring and erotic the scenes of Dakota and Jamie have been in the film.
