While the BAU team was busy in San Francisco, informant Giuseppe Montolo, played by Robert Neary, died in prison but not before he revealed to Agent Derek Morgan, played by Shemar Moore, the whereabouts of ‘The Dirty Dozen,’ the underground group of hitmen who has so far avoided the detection of authorities.
Meanwhile, more and more BAU team members are getting convinced that there is a mole in their midst. With the death of Montolo, the team is faced yet again with the unenviable task of locating the underground group of hitmen.
Dr. Tara Lewis, played by Aisha Tyler, managed to hold the fort while JJ was on leave, but the presence of the veteran agent surely boosted everyone’s confidence.
During the sixth episode shown on November 4, a woman was murdered in a town filled mostly with sex offenders, which made it extremely difficult for the BAU to identify, much less apprehend the killer.
The victim was found wearing a cheerleader uniform. While initial evidence points to her husband as the guilty party, an eyewitness to the murder said otherwise. It turns out that a serial killer who had fantasies involving peplums was roaming around.
The killer targeted the sheriff’s daughter next as she was once a cheerleader too. The good news is that the BAU got to the girl first so they were able to save the girl from the culprit that could really hurt her.
