As for Ryan, he will be in for a grind considering that he is expected to become a series regular through the entire DC TV universe on The CW.
Overall, the chance of the full cast of “Constantine” coming back is as high as the TV series having its second season airing on the small screen next year.
There have been reports a few weeks ago saying that The CW has revived “Constantine” and plans to air its Season 2 on the network soon.
According to the same rumors, the second season of “Constantine” would take over the time slot to be vacated by “The Vampire Diaries” which started airing its eighth and final season on the network this month.
With that being said, it seems clear that “Constantine,” the TV series, would not be happening this year but most likely next year since “The Vampire Diaries” Season 8 would be ending in the spring of next year as it only has 16 episodes.
According to critics, there is indeed a potential for The CW to adopt “Constantine” because CW Seed has aired a few months ago the full premiere season of the popular TV series.
