After the new Legendary is out, there will be two cards left. One is a new ice unit, performing similarly to the Golem that’s already in the game, but with a freezing effect instead of his usual explosion.
On the other hand, we also have a new spell, which allows players to summon Skeletons anywhere on the map, similar to the way the Goblin Barrel works. However, it will not deploy all units at once, like the Skeleton Army, but will rather keep spawning them gradually.
All in all, it looks like the game has a real chance to succeed for a lot longer after this update, and Supercell are definitely moving in the right direction.
The studio has clearly been listening to their fans too, as many of the things they’ve done for the title with the recent update were suggested by the community in one form or another. If they keep up the same style, we expect that this game can be one of the most popular entries on the mobile stores for a lot longer.
It’s already managed to climb to the top spots in Google’s Play Store rankings, after lingering around the seventh position for a long time. It’s not clear how much longer it’s going to remain at that place, especially with other publishers trying to get a chunk of that genre’s market for themselves, but at least it’s moving at a steady pace now and it’s earning quite good profits for Supercell over the last few days.
