This has been the main worry for many players since the studio started running both titles simultaneously, and it’s not clear where things will end up. The upcoming update for “Clash of Clans” should have a positive effect on the game in terms of making it more unique, and hopefully we will also see more developments in this direction later on.
For now at least, both “Clash of Clans” and “Boom Beach” are in a very good state in terms of popularity and player satisfaction, so the company doesn’t have too much to worry about at this stage.
Interestingly, some fans of the company have been arguing about which of the two games will lose its popularity sooner. Both still have a lot of potential left in them, but it’s probably not reasonable to expect that they will both be able to remain active forever.
The more pessimistic ones among fans of “Clash of Clans” seem convinced that “Boom Beach” will get more attention from the studio in the long run and the game will remain active for a long time, but those are just guesses and not based on anything concrete right now.
