Chris Evans Hangs Out and Sings Duet with Gay Brother During Memorial Day Weekend

His superhero and macho image notwithstanding, Chris Evans likes to hang out with his younger brother Scott at every opportunity he can get. The recent Memorial Day weekend became another opportunity for the “Captain America” star to have another quality bonding with his equally good-looking and gay brother.

Scott Evans is an openly gay actor who is best remembered for his role as Oliver Fish on the daytime soap opera “One Life to Live,” reports Gay Star News.

The brothers also sang a duet featuring the James Taylor hit classic “Fire and Rain,” which Scott subsequently posted on YouTube via a 44-second video clip.

Scott was doing the initial singing as Chris played the piano. Eventually, he joined his brother in singing but he was noticeably smiling a lot for the camera. The rendition was good but the clip was not complete as it only showed the early part of the song.

But Scott captioned his posted video as merely a tease and that he and Chris were just messing around during the Memorial Day weekend. He also added that they were actually trying to make it through the whole thing without laughing and wrapped up the note by saying that it comes with apologies to each other.

The Evans brothers have previously appeared on “The Tonight Show” and back in 2013 they also attended the GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles, California along with their mother Lisa Evans.

Back to work

Chris Evans is currently busy after buckling down back to work last month. Less than a year before it officially hits the theaters on May 6, 2016, the third installment to the Captain America movie franchise officially titled “Captain America: Civil War” went underway as filming for the movie started.

Naturally, Chris Evans, being the lead actor for the movie and the series, was among those who were first on the set to immediately buckle down to work.

Unlike in previous weeks where he was seen in public with a lot of hair on its comely face, Chris Evans came to the “Captain America: Civil War” set in Atlanta, Georgia cleanly shaven and was even wearing a suit as if he was walking into a law firm.

People in the set actually found him to look really neat and elegant.

The 33-year-old Chris Evans was later on joined on the set by his co-stars Emily VanCamp and Anthony Mackie. Of course there are other cast members on the film but it is assumed that the rest would be coming over to the set as soon as their turns on the filming sequences have been finalized.
