The gorgeous-looking Chris Evans is off the market and there is no denying it if the recent actuations of the “Captain America” actor during the red carpet premiere of “Avengers: Age of Ultron” at Los Angeles is to be the basis of perceptions.
When asked whether he is dating Lily Collins, Chris Evans became a little awkward, stuttered before saying that he’s not going to answer that question the because the event was meant to promote the upcoming Marvel movie showing on May 1.
Considering how outspoken Chris Evans is, it was really surprising to see him getting a little awkward in answering a simple question.
The 33-year-old actor was actually asked by Nancy O’Dell of Entertainment Tonight point blank if he was off the market and he said that he is not giving answer to that question. And not before quipping some surprised lines as if he wants to evade the question entirely. But he still managed to put on a smile on his handsome face despite getting awkward during the whole thing.
The start of the relationship
Dating rumors between Chris Evans and the 26-year-old “Mortal Instruments: City of Bones” actress began surfacing in February after the two were spotted during the Vanity Fair’s after-Oscars party, notes Design & Trend.
An insider closed to the couple said that the relationship is just in the beginning stages but both actors are said to be having fun and enjoying each other’s company.
The rumor that Chris Evans and Lily Collins was already a couple was further fuelled when they were seen together last month enjoying a romantic dinner at Pace, a famous Los Angeles eatery. An eyewitness recounted that the two seated themselves in the eatery’s patio and were seen to be having some mild PDAs and having good spirits all throughout their meal.
The eyewitness added that the two were seemed dating at that time.
Wants to keep love life private
Both Chris Evans and Lily Collins never speak about their love life in public. And it seems that they will not make any official pronouncement of what’s going on between them now or in the future.
Recently, reports came out that Lily Collins was also spotted making visits to Chris Evans’ home in Los Angeles, fuelling speculations that the two are already officially a couple.
Chris Evans has been known to be very private about his dating life as one of the most sought-after Hollywood bachelors today. He previously dated Minka Kelly in 2007, parted ways, before getting back together again five years later. Evans and the 34-year-old actress broke up for the second time in October 2013 and have never gotten back again.
Lily Collins on the other hand was previously linked to hunk Zac Efron but neither the two confirmed that they were officially dating even though there were pictures showing the two of them getting very cozy with one another.
