Ames’ was initially very protective of Peter saying that he had nothing to do with the case and that he’s already a changed man.
However, the truth revealed that Peter was indeed the one who set up the whole thing and that they are going to plant a kilo of heroin on his brother and throw him behind bars.
Turns out that Roman wants to become a field officer and to do that, he needs a letter of recommendation from Platt.
Of course, the sergeant played coy and did not give it to him immediately. She wants to go to the field with him and see for herself if Roman has what it takes to be a teacher.
Trudy puts herself in the role of an academy student and lets Roman take the lead. She tried to rattle as much as possible, but once Roman throws her into a simulated situation, she realizes that the police officer has some moves when it comes to getting students’ attention.
Fans were thrilled to see Trudy and Roman’s storyline be as far from serious from the whole drug trafficking case the others were busy with.
The whole storyline was comedic from Roman talking about his preference for shoes and Trudy forcing herself to finish a lettuce wrap.
