The website CartoonHS.is bears the same functionality as the iOS application. CartoonHD is not available on iOS 8, although, a faction of iOS 7 users is still able to use the application. Hence, users who have recently made the switch or plan on doing so, need to keep this in mind.
However, with the launch of the website, Apple users will not have to choose between iOS 8 and CaroonHD as the website can be accessed via any web browser. All you need to do is look for what you want and stream on! The basic functionality on the website is close to the application. Hence, veterans will get acquainted with the new platform easily.
Users, who plan on creating an individual ID on the website, do not need to pay a subscription fee. Even though the makers have tried to minimize ads as much as possible, some of the videos will still retain advertisements, as the makers are not solely responsible for hosting every video that goes live.
As long as the authorities do not make formal announcements addressing the situation, it is very difficult to sieve through fiction to attain the facts. The best example of this is FliXanity being renamed to Cartoon HD.
Fans reported that they were unable to access FliXanity at first and then the app went offline. Cartoon HD came online shortly after this incidence. This forced many to believe that FliXanity was renamed as Cartoon HD, based on reports of their partnership as we mentioned earlier.
