Cartoon HD has finally returned with a new viewing method. After all the drama regarding this controversial mobile app, things have finally calmed down, and everyone seems to be happy at the moment. All in all, the app seems to be working perfectly now. Earlier in June, it was revealed that Cartoon HD was closed, and we may never see it coming back.
