The currently planned release date falls on May 6, 2016, and there have been no news of possible delays. Even if the producers don’t want to say anything official, if there is a problem behind the scenes we’re going to find out about it through leaks soon enough.
But hopefully, there won’t be any unnecessary delays, and the film will be ready for May – with so much attention and hype surrounding it, it would be a publicity issue if they don’t meet the release date.
Of course, it’s also important to make sure that the film is developed properly and completes the original goals of the authors, instead of rushing through some of its parts just to meet the planned release date. There is a fine balance that has to be observed.
But we have no doubt that the producers of “Captain America: Civil War” are well aware of that and are going to handle the production with the due respect that it deserves. They have enough time until the film’s release date so that they won’t have to rush any of its production aspects, and hopefully May 26 will be a big date for fans of the Avengers.
