Bettany says that he is still not aware how Marvel will want his character to evolve in its cinematic universe, but he was given a lot of comics to catch up with The Vision, his origins, and his stories.
He said that he felt edifying to learn about the character although, at this point, he is still not sure whether The Vision is going to be a force of good or a force of evil.
What he is certain is that the character is very to fun to play and that he is dangerous either way. It will be up to viewers to find out what The Vision will turn out to be in “Captain America: Civil War.” Based on the previous teases, he will be siding with Team Iron Man for the fight on the Superhero Registration Act, after all, he does not have an alter-ego or private person to protect.
Bettany said that while The Vision came out like a benevolent god in “The Avengers: Age of Ultron,” he still does not understand human emotions and may do an ultimately evil thing out of logic. Or he can also become more human where he can still turn either way, making him really an interesting character to watch out in “Captain America: Civil War.”
