‘Captain America: Civil War’ First Trailer Draws the Line Between Avengers; Steve Roger’s Friendship with Bucky Barnes to Start Infighting of Heroes!

In a web forum to promote the home video release of “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” Feige said that people will someday look back and watch “Captain America: The First Avenger,” “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” and “Captain America: Civil War” and they will say that it is one of the most unique and different trilogies ever around a single character.

Despite the presence of at least 11 other Marvel superheroes in “Captain America: Civil War” including Iron Man, Black Widow, Ant-Man, Scarlet Witch, Falcon, The Winter Soldier, Spider-Man, Vision, Hawkeye, War Machine, and Black Panther, Feige debunks claims that the film is “Avengers 2.5.”

The Marvel Studios boss said that the upcoming film is very much a sequel to “The Winter Soldier” and is a completion of the Captain America trilogy.

Feige also disclosed that “Captain America: Civil War” is actually the start of phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and that a lot of casting announcements would be announced very soon by the studio.

He disclosed that there will be a slew of casting announcements before the next few months and that it would focus on “Thor 3: Ragnarok” and “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” as well as other future Marvel films.
