Captain America: Civil War Expecting To Showcase Spiderman, And More

Over the years, superhero movies have been taking a front seat to the ratings, the awards and all of the money at the box office. Even though there are many different comic characters that you could do a movie for, the odds are good that the stories are going to get stale and producers are going to run out of how story lines clash between the characters. Thor has his own movie, Iron man does as well, but they have also appeared in the Avengers movies.

There are many ways that Marvel can go with movies like this, but for now, it appears they are going to showcase each character in its own path of movies with a few cameos here and there. One of those characters, Captain America, is next in line for a new movie. The third movie in the series is expected to be in line with Captain America: The First Avenger and Captain America: The Winter Soldier and is the thirteenth movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The screenplay for this movie started back in 2013 and it brings in concepts from comics released in 2006 called “Civil War”, which was a limited release. Robert Downey Jr. was added to the cast shortly after the title of the new movie was announced back in October of 2014 and the buzz around it has been growing ever since. Filming for the new movie started in Atlanta in April before the crew moved to Germany in August to finish things up.

The movie is expected to be in theaters around the world on May 6th of this year. Besides the release date, there has been plenty of talk about what characters you are going to see in the new movie. One of those characters is Spiderman and many are wondering how that story line is going to connect with Captain America and Robert Downey Jr. Tom Holland has been cast as Spiderman, in teenage form, but what he will be doing in the movie has been in the shadows for some time now.

Captain America: Civil War

According to one online source, Peter Parker makes his way onto the Avengers through the eyes of Tony Stark. He is reportedly watching the young Spiderman and sets out to recruit him for the team. There could be a little of Tony Stark in Peter Parker or maybe the Iron Man actor wants to know what science is behind what Spiderman does. There is a lot of mystery in how this all comes together, but there is little doubt that it will be the most talked about portion of the movie in the coming months. Spiderman has always been fine on his own, so why would he want to work with others?
