Mahone’s popularity has actually prompted some journalists to look at his relationship with Camila Cabello in a different light, accusing her of exploiting her relationship for the purpose of selling more albums. Of course, she was quick to respond to the allegations and immediately denied them on Twitter, acting quite confused over what she had been accused of.
She also wanted to make it clear that she didn’t believe anyone deserved any harm after their split, addressing the negative responses of some fans who were claiming that Mahone had broken her heart, and vice versa. According to Cabello herself, the breakup was on amicable terms and there are no hard feelings on either side.
And judging from the way Mahone has been talking to the press, that at least seems true for him – there are no hard feelings or any feelings at all on his side, and he’s already moving on with his love life just fine. Of course, there’s no guarantee that his current relationship is going to last, but there never is.
