Bruno Mars, Adele and More Confirmed for the 2017 Grammys, Who Else Is Joining the Line-Up?

Music fans have been excited recently as the approach of the 2017 Grammys has resulted in a lot of discussion about the event, and many hints about possible additions to the official line-up. We’ve also seen various official confirmations about different performers as well, and some of the more notable ones so far include Bruno Mars, Adele and Beyonce.

There have been some rumors that Beyone might have refused an offer to perform at the event, but it was recently confirmed that this is definitely not the case, as she’s one of the guaranteed appearances. Adele was surrounded by similar rumors for a while as well, but her situation was cleared up at around the same time, making her fans quite happy.

Shortly after both performers confirmed their presence, some additional rumors started going around implying that they might actually show up on the stage together for a unique piece. However, most publications are skeptical of those claims for now, and it doesn’t look like there is much out there to support them either.

While there is a slim possibility that something like this is planned, we would expect it to have leaked sooner if it was true, considering the huge potential it would have as a sensation. So far though, there has been pretty much total silence in the camps of both performers.

However, we will see both Adele and Beyonce coming up against each other for several awards. These include Album of the Year, Record of the Year, as well as Song of the Year. The last two categories are both represented by the same track for both performers, “Hello” and “Formation” respectively.

We’ll also see them competing for the award for Best Pop Solo Performance, where Adele is once again nominated for her song “Hello”, while Beyonce has been recognized for “Hold Up”. Fans of both performers should already be quite used to seeing them going head to head for an award, as this is not the first time it’s happened, but it doesn’t make the upcoming Grammys any less exciting.

There will of course be plenty of other reasons to check out the awards, and it looks like this year’s event is going to draw in a significant number of viewers, perhaps more than the years before it by a large margin.

This is just speculation however, so fans shouldn’t be too quick to expect something that grand. But in any case, it does look like those who decide to give the awards a chance this year are going to be treated to a delightful performance from many famous artists.

As for Adele and Beyonce, it’s worth pointing out that their on-stage rivalry doesn’t actually make them any less friendly towards each other outside of their careers. The two are known to be quite close, and they’re one of the more endearing friendships in the celebrity world. Something which has also brought their fans closer together from time to time.

Who else can music fans expect to see at this year’s Grammys? Justin Bieber will be trying to get Album of the Year himself, competing against Drake and Sturgill Simpson. We’ll also see Rihanna and Ariana Grande in various nominations, and it looks like many fans in the music world are going to be delighted by the overall arrangement of this year’s awards. Some have exclaimed that the awards actually seem to be getting better with every installment, and there might be some truth to that.
