This week in the NBC produced TV series, Blindspot, they aired a relatively light episode this week, where Rich Dotcom marked his return. He was being chased by a proficient assassin. However, finally, the assassin was gotten rid of by Jane Doe and FBI Agent Kurt Weller.

Roman, Jane’s brother, came to learn that his sister is loyal to the FBI, in place of Sheppard of Sandstorm.

Now the question that is bothering us is what will happen next week.

In episode 8, Do Not Slack, The Featherweight Wins, of Blindspot Season 2, Kurt played by actor Sullivan Stapleton and Jane played by Jaimie Alexander, go undercover for a mission. However, during the mission, they both go missing all of a sudden. Leaving no choice for the team to interrogate the two criminals who may know the whereabouts of the two-missing people.

The promo of the upcoming episode, however, suggests that Jane eventually returns to the FB, while Weller remains still missing.

According to the official synopsis of episode 8, the Assistant U.S. Attorney Matthew Weitz, played by  Aaron Abrams, who was once the boyfriend of  Tasha Zapata, played by Audrey Esparza, will be back.

Luckily, Nas Kamal, played by Archie Punjabi, who is an NSA Agent also happens to be Kurt’s new lover, has an idea to get him back. Although the catch is that it’s pretty neither is it strictly speaking legally. Still, the team will do anything and everything in its power to get him back.

As we already know that Sandstorm has been keeping an eye on Weller for about 20 years, also if we consider the fact that he has heard Sheppard’s voice before, it is not farfetched at all to think that he was kidnapped by a Sandstorm operative. On the other hand, Roman has recently learned that Jane is not on their side, so he could also have planned the abduction of the FBI Agent.

Rich Dotcom in NBC’s Blindspot, is probably the most loved character of the series. The FBI drama deals with serious topics like global surveillance systems and assignments with catastrophic effects for the nation. Hence, Rich’s presence in Season 2, episode 7was like a breath of fresh air.

Now, this is what happened in “Resolves Eleven Myths.”

While Nas Kamal (Archie Punjabi), Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton), Edgar Reade (Rob Brown) and Tasha Zapata (Audrey Esparza) ponder over Jane Doe’s (Jaimie Alexander) decision to save Roman, instead of giving Patterson (Ashely Johnson) the files in the microchip, the team learns that the FBI has been hacked. All of the agency’s servers, computers, and devices have been shut down. The identity of the perpetrator is unknown, though.
