Blindspot Season 2 Premiere Episode to Focus on Jane Doe’s Escape from CIA and Her Reunion with Kurt Weller

The show creator explained that Taylor Shaw is now behind the TV series. He added that aside from the emotional fallout between Kurt Weller, viewers would find out all about Jane Doe in Season 2. Viewers would also know what Orion is, who Shephard is, and what the plan of the organization is.

Gero said that they want to move into the story of the second season and they really want to reward the viewers who have been with the show right from the get-go last year.

He also assured fans that despite the so-called reset, the show will still feel the same but they are already toning down the violence when “Blindspot” returns to NBC for its second season on September 14.

Gero was also quoted as saying that if the first season of “Blindspot” was about Jane Doe being a Trojan Horse inside the FBI, the second season will be about her being a double agent inside of her own organization.

There is also a bit of change in the second season of “Blindspot” as it will be moved from its usual Monday night timeslot to a Wednesday schedule.

The showrunner also said that Season 2 is more important that Season 1 because the upcoming episodes of “Blindspot” are where viewers will really know Jane’s real name, among other mysteries that were left hanging during the premiere season.
