There are also rumors of something grand about to be revealed during this season, although the rumors have been pretty vague about the exact nature of that revelation. Given the show’s history, there are multiple possibilities, and it’s hard to even predict everything the producers could be hiding up their sleeves.
Of course, it’s also possible that those rumors were false, as people love to share misinformation about “Black Mirror”. The whole premise of the show somewhat predisposes to that as well, as it’s a very good production for speculating and talking about mysterious rumors.
The producers seem to be enjoying this kind of attention as well, and while they’re intentionally quiet about most aspects of the show, at other times they seem to be purposefully vague and give away just enough information to get the imaginations of their fans flowing.
