‘Big Hero 7’ to Feature a Bigger Villain Other than Tadashi Hamada as Sunfire!

It has been reported over the past couple of months that Tadashi Hamada, the brother of Hiro, will come back in the sequel titled “Big Hero 7” as Sunfire and will play as the movie’s villain to the Big Hero 6.

However, just like in the case of the fight between the Man of Steel and the Caped Crusader in the upcoming movie “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice,” and the battle between Captain America and Iron Man in “Captain America: Civil War” set to be shown in May, the sibling rivalry between Hiro and Tadashi in “Big Hero 7” will be temporary, notes the Ecumenical News.

Eventually, when the smoke clears, Tadashi as Sunfire will come to his senses and realized that his brother Hiro is right. So he will turn back into a good guy again and thus join the team to form “Big Hero 7.”

Because of such plotline, it is therefore expected that a bigger villain will be featured in “Big Hero 7.”

That is exactly what is about to happen in “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice” at the end of the epic fight between the two superheroes. Eventually, the bigger villain would be Doomsday that would require their combined powers along with the other members of the Justice League like Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash, and Cyborg.

At this point in time, there is still no word on who shall be the bigger villain in “Big Hero 7″ but it is likely to be more powerful than any of them and only their combined strength can defeat such nemesis.

Confused Baymax

Those who have seen the successful animated flick “Big Hero 6” know that in addition to Hiro Hamada, the other big star of the movie is the robot Baymax.

It can also be recalled that although Hiro is an inventor, Baymax was not his invention but that of his brother Tadashi Hamada, and was primarily meant to be a care provider.

Unfortunately, Tadashi died in “Big Hero 6” after an explosion during the science expo. But accordingly, he may have survived it as well just like Professor Callaghan, who turned out to be Yonkai, the main villain in the first film.

Based on speculations, just like Professor Callaghan in the first movie, Tadashi will still be alive and shall return as the villain Sunfire. In the comic books, Sunfire is an original member of the Big Hero 6 and his superpower is his capacity to withstand excessive heat.

Apparently, one of the many inventions in the venue shall be able to save Tadashi and he will return as Sunfire. He also has the capability to shoot fire.

When he comes back, he will be battling it out with the Big Hero 6 led by Hiro and thus the brother versus brother conflict.

Since Tadashi was the one who invented Baymax, speculations are also rife that the robot might be initially confused on who between Hiro and Tadashi he will side with. However, when the robot sees the ill-intention of Tadashi as Sunfire, he will certainly come to his senses and stick with his five other colleagues in Big Hero 6.

Possible release dates

Marvel has not yet made an official announcement or statement regarding the release date of “Big Hero 7” but based on the hints of Marvel comic book creator Stan Lee last year, the movie would hit cinemas after the release of “Guardians of the Galaxy 2” and before “Inhumans,” notes The Bitbag.

“Big Hero 7” will likely have a playdate on theaters anytime from 2017 to 2019 if Marvel Studios will stick with its own hectic timeline and certainly loaded production schedules.

“Guardians of the Galaxy 2” already has a May 2017 playdate while the “Inhumans” is likely to get a playdate of 2019. Given these release dates, then it follows that “Big Hero 7” could come out in cinemas from June 2017 up to 2019.

Interestingly, “Big Hero 7” is not officially mentioned in the movie release date calendar made public by Disney in October last year for all its films showing from 2016 to 2020.

But the entertainment conglomerate did mention of several untitled movies on its list, which means that “Big Hero 7” could be any one of those mystery movies. It is also possible that “Big Hero 7” may be one of the three mystery Marvel movies lined up for a 2020 release.
