This confirms that probably, by the season’s end, fans will have to say goodbye to Jimmy McGill and be introduced to Saul Goodman.
It will also be interesting to see how he will say goodbye to his former identity and how will people he knows react to it.
Along with the almost three-minute video clip, fans were delighted that the show will be returning to the small screen on February 15.
Although no official synopsis has been released for the season premiere, the episode will be titled “Switch.” Just like the pilot season, the second season of “Better Call Saul” will consist of 10 episodes.
Despite the sweet treat for fans of the hit show, some things were still missing in the promo. iDigital Times notes that there’s a little sign of Michael Mando’s Nacho, Raymond Cruz’ Tuco, and other criminal enterprises with which Saul Goodman finds himself involved with.
According to Lawyer Herald, the season is set to welcome “St. Elsewhere” actor Ed Begley to guest star as Clifford. The veteran actor will be making multiple cameo appearances in the season and will debut on the season’s premiere episode.
Aside from more guest stars, showrunners reveal that more “Breaking Bad” characters are set to reprise their roles and appear this season in “Better Call Saul.”
