‘Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice’ Zack Snyder Eyes a New Trailer to Up the Ante in Friendly Rivalry with ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Director!

Ben Affleck reportedly put on 30 pounds of muscle to play the role of the Caped Crusader during its filming phase of about 14 months. The actor said that he does not want to be the shredded and ripped version of a superhero so he decided to put on as much muscle as he can to look like a UFC fighter or an American football player.

As previously teased in a recent trailer, Bruce Wayne as a businessman also dislikes Lex Luthor.

In the DC Cinematic Universe, LexCorp is second only to Wayne Enterprises in terms of company size and resources. Wayne Enterprises, as every DC fan knows, is the corporate empire of Bruce Wayne, the alter ego of the Caped Crusader.

During his interview with Fortune magazine early this month, Lex also talked about his company’s rivalry with Wayne Enterprises. But it is not the real-life Fortune magazine that did the interview but its counterpart in the DC Cinematic Universe. The interview is also part of the promotional initiatives of Warner Bros for “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice.”

There are also rumors going around that after because of his stint in “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice,” Ben Affleck has expressed interest in directing a standalone Batman film or films in the future. Reports also have it that Warner Bros seems to be giving the idea a good thought because they have seen Ben Affleck’s work as a director in the past and they are impressed by it.
