‘Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice’ Star Henry Cavill Annoyed by an Interviewer Wearing Batman T-Shirt!

British actor Henry Cavill is one of the two lead stars of the upcoming DC movie “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice,” with the other one being the bigger celebrity, Ben Affleck.

While the two share the same billing, those who are familiar with the story in the DC Comics know who will come out on top during the match of the two superheroes. The movie’s title itself is already an indication of who will emerge victorious in the battle of the Man of Steel and the Caped Crusader.

Although there is nothing personal going on between Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck as they are merely acting their parts in the movie, it seems that the actor who portrays Superman has raised his sense of humor a notch level in terms of being in-character during a recent interview.

In a recent interview of Henry Cavill where he promoted his upcoming spy movie “The Man from U.N.C.L.E.” with co-star Armie Hammer, the Man of Steel actor was asked what was the most annoying question he had to answer about “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice.”

Without batting an eyelash, Cavill said that the worst thing about the movie was people wearing Batman T-shirt. And it so happened that the interviewer was wearing a T-shirt that had the Batman logo all over it.

Armie Hammer jokingly agreed with Cavill and said that he too hated Batman T-shirts. When seconded by the interviewer why he hated Batman T-shirts, Cavill was also quick with his witty follow-up by saying that he can count a number of ways why, details the International Business Times.

Obviously, it was just the sense of humor of Cavill showing and also to promote Superman’s fight against Batman in the upcoming movie to hit theaters on March 25, 2016.

Zod actor did not have any filming part in the movie

Actor Michael Shannon revealed a surprise to fans when he said that while the corpse of his character General Zod was shown during the full-length trailer of “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice,” he was hardly in the film at all, notes Screen Crush.

In a recent interview, the actor disclosed that he finds it really awkward that he was in the trailer for a movie that he did not work on.

He later on explained that his part in “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice” is similar to Russell Crowe’s role in “Man of Steel.” It can be recalled that Crowe as Jor-El was resurrected in the movie via holographic technology that allows his consciousness to live on.

Shannon went on to explain that the thing about the whole Krypton universe is that even when they are destroyed, there are ghosts. He said that he went over during the production of the movie and did some voice-over stuff and make that ghost thing.

He also clarified that during his previous interview when he said that his character General Zod had flippers for hands, he was just joking and was just making the story up for fun, but he was shocked that people took it seriously.

Batgirl in the movie

As early as last year, reports already came out that actress Jena Malone will have a part in the upcoming superhero movie based on DC Comics “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice.”

The speculations at that time were focused on Jena playing Carrie Kelley, who was the female Robin from the “The Dark Knight Returns.”

With the release of the full-length trailer of the movie during the ComicCon 2015, it was clear that there will be no Robin in “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice” as the Boy Wonder is already dead in the film.
