‘Batman: Arkham VR’ to Take Role-Playing Game to a Whole New Level of Gaming, Says Developer!

However, the naysayers are saying that the only reason why the game won as Best VR Game in a recent event because it does not have any competition and once other developers start diving on the VR technology with their respective games, Rocksteady’s “Batman: Arkham VR” shall easily be set aside, or worst, completely forgotten.

Some critics are also saying that Rocksteady Studios should just stick to the traditional “Batman: Arkham” role-playing game or gameplay rather than bringing a Batman detective game to virtual reality.

They claimed that in “Batman: Arkham VR,” players are playing more like Bruce Wayne rather than being the Dark Knight himself.

They added that while Rocksteady made an excellent game presentation for “Batman: Arkham VR” during the recent Gamescom 2016, the gameplay is certainly very unimpressive and would surely disappoint plenty of “Batman: Arkham” video game fans.

Rocksteady Studios or Warner Bros Interactive has yet to comment on the perception of some gamers and critics of “Batman: Arkham VR” but it seems clear that there is no stopping them from releasing their first VR title on the PlayStation VR on October 13.

Whether Rocksteady would use the learnings and the feedbacks from “Batman: Arkham VR” in the development of future VR game versions for the “Batman: Arkham” franchise remains to be seen but really something to wish for.
