Batman: Arkham Knight Reportedly Contains Easter Eggs Related to Specific Date!

Which is probably why it was good to see them completely pulling it off the shelves until the issue could be addressed. It shows that they’re at least taking the situation seriously instead of trying to sweep it under the rug, which goes a long way in creating a good impression with gamers.

The studio revealed that they’re working on a major patch for the game which should address all current outstanding issues and bring it to the same level as its console counterparts, but we don’t know if that patch will be ready soon.

It’s also been questioned by the community why the game was even allowed to be released in this state in the first place, if the studio was aware of the issues and were prepared to devote developer work to address them.

There have been speculations that this was done on purpose in order to get a quick payout from the game, a claim which certainly struck some gamers’ nerve and shook their trust in Rocksteady. The studio has a lot to make up for, and hopefully the re-release of the game is going to help rebuild trust in the company as a whole, and the “Batman” franchise.
