Batman: Arkham Knight DLC: New PC Mod Unlocks All Characters!

The release of “Batman: Arkham Knight” for the PC was a good example of why it’s so important for developers to polish their releases properly and ensure that they are actually tested before bringing them out to the market.

Studios generally only get one chance to make their impression on gamers, and while this is a bit of an exception, as Rocksteady are about to get a very good second chance, the point still stands. People are going to remember the original launch, even if the game is fixed.

And the next time Rocksteady come out with a major title, everyone is going to be wary of it and gamers are likely not going to approach it with the same level of enthusiasm that this title saw on its launch day.

The problem isn’t even that the game itself was bad – its popularity on other platforms was a clear indication of that. But releasing a port in such a poor technical condition is something that has no possible excuse, especially when targeting a market like PC gamers, who tend to be quite pretentious about the quality of their games and usually aren’t willing to comply with a poorly made release, always eager to spread the bad word about it.
