And a good portion of those discussions is focused on speculation about what the show might bring with its new episodes. There are certainly lots of possibilities for that, and some clear trends are starting to form in the community as well.
For example, some fans seem interested in seeing a bit more drama thrown in for the new season, and in general there is some strong desire to see the writers shaking up some of the relationships that we’ve known for a while.
We don’t know if any negative developments are coming up in season 5, but we wouldn’t be surprised if the writers have decided to make it a bittersweet one, throwing in the occasional nasty moment that messes with their characters in a bad way.
It’s not in the main theme of the show, sure – but on the other hand, this is the finale and it’s supposed to deliver some memorable moments for all fans. But “memorable” does not necessarily have to mean something entirely positive, which is why some fans are worried about what might be planned for season 5. There is only one way to find out for sure though, and the new episodes are coming at the end of August, so fans will soon find out what the writers have prepared for them.
