For fans of the show, there is an Awkward Season 5 trailer out already just in time to get you all excited for the upcoming season. In the trailer, there are hints that suggest that Matty and Jenna will be getting back together, as well as a prom that seems like one to remember.
Jake and Tamara seem to be able to put the past behind them and it looks like Sadie will be the valedictorian of the class. There have been many ups and downs, but the executives at MTV are not saying that the show ends with gradutation, referring to the fact that the second half of the show starts one year later in the summer months.
With that being said, it looks like fans will be able to see where the characters have gone after graduation and that might put a little more closure on the cast and the story as a whole.
