For those that have a keen sense to read between the lines, the Age of Ultron movie had plenty of hints that the team is evolving into something new and the older characters will be going their own ways. Fans cannot wait to see the new movie, but it is not going to be in theaters until May of 2018.
That would mark the end of the “phase 3” as it is explained by those that are behind the Marvel story lines. That means between Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War, there are plenty of movies that are going to be released.
There might not be 67 characters in the Avengers: Infinity War when it comes out, but it will feature many different ones that might not have been in movies up to this point according to the Russo brothers. The two part movie will be shot back-to-back starting at the end of this year.
