‘Avatar 2’ and Three Other Sequels Much More Amazing than the First Film, Reveals Sigourney Weaver

In October, there have been rumors saying that actors Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana, who plays the lead characters Jake Sully and Neytiri, respectively, in “Avatar,” are asking from Director James Cameron a pay increase for them to do the next four sequels of the most successful movie of all time in the box-office.

While it would be okay for the two lead actors to ask for an increase in pay, but doing it on the director of the film or films and not on the producers simply makes the rumors downright illogical, if not absurd.

Like the actors, James Cameron is also getting paid by the producers to do his work and it would not be his call to give a pay increase to the stars or production staff of “Avatar 2” or the next three sequels of the franchise.

But producers 20th Century Fox do not need any convincing or asking to do just that. It seems likely that even before they gave their green light to the four sequels of “Avatar,” they have already assured all the people involved in the first movie will get their due share of the success of the first movie in the form of a pay increase or an incentive or whatever else they can think of.

Otherwise, stars would not be returning to do the movie if they see that the producers have earned money and they do not get to enjoy some form of incentive in the process.
